Reina de la Selva
Reina de la Selva — Queen of the Jungle
She is the highest expression of what sacred hands can create when devotion, ancestral wisdom and the living intelligence of the Amazons force.
Through every decision, every wire, every weave, every feather chosen with intention and prayer.
She sits at the third eye the seat of vision, of inner knowing, of the sight that sees beyond what the ordinary world can offer.
And that is exactly where she belongs. Because Reina de la Selva is not for the woman who is still finding herself. She is for the queen who has already done the descent. Who has walked through the fire, shed the skin, crossed the bridge and arrived on the other side knowing exactly who she is and why she came.
At her centre rests a circular chrysocolla stone, round, complete and as luminous as a jungle pool caught in morning light. The circle is the most ancient and sacred of all symbols — full completion, the closing of cycles, the moment a spiral returns to its source having gathered everything it needed along the way. New beginnings born not from naivety but from earned wisdom. The queen who wears this stone at her third eye sees with the clarity of one who has lived it all and chosen to rise anyway.
On either side, great wings of the Wacomaya sweep outward in an array of the most vibrant, living colour the Amazon has ever offered.
Electric teal, deep blue, fierce orange and red — the full spectrum of the sacred macaw’s medicine held in a single crown. These feathers are an activation within itself. The Wacomaya bridges heaven and earth through flight, through song, through the radiant life force it carries wherever it goes. To wear its feathers at the crown of the head is to align the highest chakra — the direct channel to the cosmos with the medicine of the great initiator between worlds.
The wire-wrapped clasps that hold each feather wing are masterworks of precision and devotion, finely woven, intricate, secure. They hold the wings in a living lock present, grounded, yet always ready to fly into other realms and dimensions at a moment’s notice. This is the balance Reina de la Selva embodies rooted enough to stand sovereign on the earth, free enough to soar beyond what the eye can see.
She was not made quickly.. she simply could not be. Every element of her creation demanded patience, presence and the kind of devotion that only comes from understanding that what you are making is alive and that it will carry this energy into the world and onto the body of someone whose life it will touch deeply.
She is our most sacred and highest valued creation. And she knows it.

These pieces are held in ethical reciprocity honouring the traditions, the people and the sacred life of the being that gifted its feathers to this work. We are deeply grateful to carry this blessing in partnership with the Santa Rosa community of Pullcalpa — weaving the beauty, wisdom, and medicine of the Wacomaya in right relationship with the Earth, the Andes, and the Amazon. This is Ayni. This is how sacred creation moves.
Before leaving our hands, she was cleansed with mapacho, anointed with Agua Florida, and blessed through the sacred smoke of palo santo and copal — arriving to you already held, already blessed, already alive.
She is the crown the jungle dreamed into existence — for the queen who has earned every feather, every stone, every sacred wire of her becoming.
“I have done the work. I have walked the descent. I have shed what no longer served me and crossed the bridge into who I truly am. I do not wear this crown because it was given to me. I wear it because I earned it through every fire, every shedding, every moment I chose truth over comfort and love over fear. I am the Queen of the Jungle. Rooted in the earth. Free as the sky. And I am just beginning.”
