Plumas del Cotinga — Feathers of the Spangled Cotinga
The Spangled Cotinga lives where few dare to go.. high in the canopy of the Amazon rainforest, cloaked in electric blue and black, catching the light in ways that make her appear to shimmer between worlds.
This feather was found in the wild heart of our home in Manu — one of the most biodiverse and sacred ecosystems remaining on Earth. It did not fall by accident. Nothing in the jungle does.
The Cotinga is a bird of the unseen realms. Her feathers shift between deep black and electric blue depending on how the light finds them — a living reminder that what appears dark on the surface often carries the most luminous medicine within.
These plumas are adorned with Lágrimas de Virgen — Tears of the Virgin — sacred seeds gathered from the heart of the forest. Carried for generations as medicine, these seeds hold a powerful protective frequency, traditionally worn to ward off dense and heavy energies.
