Plumas de Wacomaya — Feathers of the Macaw

Where the forest meets the sky, the Wacomaya flies.

Each pluma is woven with the ancestral wisdom of the Amazon — infused with the spirals and waves of the northern Peruvian coastline, where the land meets the sea and ancient memory runs through everything. Every chain is custom made, channelled, and crafted with devotion. Each moment of their creation is a prayer — a communion with the elements, with the spirit of the forest, and with the living intelligence that moves through all things.

The Wacomaya is an initiator between worlds.

A bridge between heaven and earth.

Its call echoes across oceans — carrying joy, beauty, colour, and radiant life force to all who cross its path. To wear its feathers is to carry that frequency with you. To move through the world as a living transmission of the wild, the sacred, and the free.

This feather is adorned with ancient filograna designs handcrafted in bronze — a sacred art form rooted in the iconography of the northern Peruvian coastline, carried through the civilisations of the Moche, Cupisnique, and Chavin. These intricate, intertwining motifs are among the oldest and most refined expressions of ancestral artistry in the Americas brought to life here with precision, presence and delicate care.

The bronze filograna grounds the electric frequency of the Wacomaya into the body of the divine initiate who wears her, bridging the ancient and the living, the earthly and the cosmic.

They are a reminder that beauty is protection. And devotion is power.

The medicine they carry:

• Initiation between worlds & bridging heaven and earth

• Activating joy, radiance & abundant life force

• Awakening freedom & sovereign creative expression

• Protection & purification of one’s energy field

• Unconditional love, purity & devotion

• Connection to the living wisdom of the Amazon

• Permission to be wild, sacred and unapologetically free

No two pairs are the same. Each carries its own combination of colour, movement and medicine — chosen not by chance but by the intelligence of the materials themselves and the spirit of the Wacomaya guiding the ceremony of creation.

These pieces are held in ethical reciprocity — honouring the traditions, the people, and the life of the sacred being that gifted its feathers to this work. We are deeply grateful to carry this blessing in partnership with the Santa Rosa community of Pullcalpa — weaving the beauty, wisdom, and medicine of the Wacomaya in right relationship with the Earth, the Andes, and the Amazon. This is Ayni. This is how sacred creation moves.

Before leaving our hands, each piece is cleansed with mapacho, anointed with Agua Florida, and blessed through the sacred smoke of palo santo and copal — arriving to you already held, already blessed, already alive.

To wear the Wacomaya is to remember — you were always meant to fly free.
