And the work became something entirely different.

After The Sovereign Woman Returns, so much of me had become undone. I was no longer the same version of myself.
I had shed so much. I had seen what I could no longer tolerate. I had become more unfuckwithable than ever. I had returned to a truer version of myself — a woman with boundaries, discernment, higher standards, deeper desires and a willingness to protect her energy, her time, her attention and her truth.
I had remembered my sovereign path.
And with that remembrance came something else… A new vision.
But remembering her and actually building a life that could hold her were two completely different initiations. The Great Chrysalis is the sacred undoing. A deliberate season of surrender, silence, integration, embodiment, rest and becoming. This is the womb of transformation, where your gifts, voice and vision are being cultivated in the dark before they are ready to emerge.

There comes a moment in every true metamorphosis when becoming can no longer be rushed.
There will come a point inside Remember Her where I stop asking you to consume.
No next module to race towards. No pressure to perform your transformation. No demand to constantly produce, understand or prove that something is happening.
Because the chrysalis teaches us something our world rarely gives women permission to remember:
Transformation requires time to become without being watched, rushed or asked to perform the becoming.
From 30 November until 3 January, we deliberately enter The Great Chrysalis — an extended season of integration, embodiment, creation, rest, listening and becoming.
The chrysalis is not an empty space between the caterpillar and the butterfly. It is the transformation.
The old form can no longer remain as it was, yet the wings are not ready to be revealed.
And so she disappears from view.
She surrenders the form that carried her this far and gives herself completely to the intelligence of becoming.
This is the medicine we will honour.
Your vision has been seeded. Your capacity has been nourished. Your devotion has been strengthened.
Now we allow what you have received to reorganise the way you live.

Remember Her begins 20 October 2026 and is held through February 2027.
This is the work I wish I had been held through when everything I knew was falling away and something far more honest was asking to be born.
Remember Her is the container I created for the women meeting that sacred crossing too.
Created through a season of my own life where so much of what I thought I knew began falling away.
The visions I thought I was building. The relationships I thought would walk with me into them. The identities I had learned to belong inside. The ways I had unconsciously handed pieces of my own knowing, authority and direction outside of myself.
There was grief, endings and moments where the life I thought I was creating no longer looked anything like the life in front of me.
And somewhere inside all of that, I realised I wasn’t being asked to find another version of myself to fix.
I was being asked to remember the woman who was still here.
The woman beneath the noise. Beneath other people’s expectations. Beneath the identities I had outgrown. Beneath the versions of the vision that were never completely mine.
And what began returning wasn’t another answer.
IT WAS MY ALIVENESS.
My voice. My creativity. My music. My standards. My desires. My relationship with my body.
My willingness to create before I had everything figured out and my capacity to trust what I could feel moving through me without needing everyone else to understand it first.
And slowly, something became very clear…
I DIDN’T NEED ANOTHER LIFE DEVOTED TO FIXING MYSELF.
I NEEDED TO FUCKING LIVE.
To make the art. Sing the songs. Create the work. Follow the vision. Tell the truth. Receive more.
To love deeply without abandoning myself. Let things end when they had ended. Let myself be seen before I felt completely ready.
And ultimately, to build a life that could actually hold the woman I had spent years remembering.
Perhaps the next initiation is learning how to live as her.
Because remembering yourself is one thing and building a life that reflects what you remembered is another. There comes a point where the vision needs more than another journal entry.
It needs your body. Your choices. Your standards. Your devotion. Your creativity.

No. Remember Her is a 12-Initiation Journey held across approximately four months. This is intentional. You are not being rushed through twelve consecutive weeks of content just to finish another program. There are seasons for receiving, creating, integrating, resting and becoming — including the Great Chrysalis.

The Great Chrysalis is an intentional integration season within Remember Her. Rather than giving you more and more to consume, there comes a point where I stop asking you to take in more and give you space to actually become.
This is a season for embodiment, creation, rest, listening, integration and allowing what has already moved through you to take root.

You do not need to attend every session live to receive the journey. Recordings will be available so you can move through anything you miss in your own time. I would still encourage you to attend live whenever you can, because being witnessed and journeying alongside the sisterhood is part of the medicine of this container.
